The services being sought are electronic access to the latest analysis and analytical tools regarding the clean energy markets. Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) is the leading provider of research, data, and news for the clean energy, energy smart technologies, and environmental commodity markets. BNEF is the most comprehensive source of renewable energy data and analysis, and has developed relationships within the renewable energy community that have positioned BNEF to create proprietary models, indices, and benchmarking tools, unavailable through other providers.

The period of performance will be for 16-months which includes a four-month base period and two six-month option periods.

This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must reference the Synopsis Number and include the following: (1) Name and Address of the Organization; (2) Status of the company as listed under www.sam.gov; (3)Vendor point of contact with name, title, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address; (4) DUNS number, (5) Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars for this effort; and (6) List of three references of similar types of services that have been previously provided to include the contract number, description of service, dollar value, name and telephone number of customer.
