The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Bloomberg, L.P., 731 Lexington Ave., New York, NY 10022-1331 to provide access to dedicated terminals. The period of performance will be for 12 months.

This purchase request is a Sole-source procurement. Bloomberg will provide access to
Bloomberg Professional Anywhere via dedicated terminals and/or PC Station. This gives the departments' access to information that is not available anywhere else. Bloomberg updates corporate information on a minute-by-minute basis.
