The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, sole source requirement to procure D.C. FABRICATORS INC; CAGE CODE: 65427 MOCK UP BLOCKS, HEAT TRANSFER TUBING & PLUGGING TOOL SET, to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, DC Fabricators, Inc. is the only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332919, and the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable.

The contract line items are as follows:

CLIN 0001:  BLOCK, MOCK-UP P/N:503-0050-0001, QTY 2 EA

CLIN 0002:  TUBE, HEAT TRANSFER P/N: 600-7040-0002, QTY 10 EA

CLIN 0003:  TUBE PLUGGING KIT TUBE PLUGGING KIT P/N: 503-0051-0001, QTY 1 SE

This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-21-Q-0077 and it is expected to be posted on or around 14 JULY 2021. Quotes will be due by 12:00 PM EST on 20 JULY 2021 and may be emailed to the attention of Ginger Beasley ([email protected]).
