The attached Revised Section IV of the Task Order Request shows 3 changes:

Under Specifications
FMZ Construction:

DELETE THIS LINE

No. 5. "Cut and naturally occurring logs that do not meet the piling size specifications will be bucked to 12 foot lengths as required under (5.8.8)

Under Hand Piling and Covering:

ADD A NEW NO. 2 TO READ

2. All slash between 2 and 7 inches in diameter and greater than 3 feet in length shall be piled. (change of standard specification in 5.6.2, all other specifications of 5.6.2 remain in force.

REVISED NO. 5 TO READ

5. Piles will be covered utilizing "wax paper type" covering material and shall have a minimun size of 4-foot by 6-foot. Paper covering will be supplied by the contractor.
