The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 10TC781 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and DFARS change notice 20100908. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is requirement is for fitness and sports center bleachers. Please state discount terms and note your warranty information.
The contractor shall provide the following items:
