Work to include: Repairs to the existing gymnasium to bring the fire protection systems up to current standards consistent with the type and use of the structure. All work shall be completed in substantial conformance to the provided plans and specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
