OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause in Section
L for the schedule.
B. Submission of Proposals
(1) Proposal Packet: It shall be submitted by 1500 hours on the closing date of RFP via email.

b. Offer Breakdown
c. Completion of Section K (5152.204-4032, Representations and Certifications)
C. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to the RFP, the contractor shall submit a "No-Offer Letter" by the date and time specified in this solicitation.

The estimated magnitude of this project is betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
