A solicitation is to be issued for the renovation of Bldg 1194 (3,808 Square Feet (SF)) for the interior of office spaces within a government office building.  Construction requirements include but are not limited to the following:

- Demolition
- Interior finishes/construction
- Mechanical/HVAC
- Electrical/lighting
- Plumbing
- Structural
- Site work and
- Haul away waste material.

In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $250,000 - $500,000

The North American Industrial Classification System(NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million

Estimated construction time:  Three hundred sixty-five (365) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed

Site Walk:  Tuesday 18 August 2015, @10:00 am  Will begin at 1776 Carswell Ave. with a short meeting then proceed to Bldg 1194.  Please send name and company name to [email protected] for base access.

Questions: RFI'S  to the solicitation will only be allowed untill 27 August 2015. Proposal due date of 14 Septemer, 11 AM CST, remains the same.
 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:  Submit all quotes to [email protected] NLT than 14 September 2015 @ 1100 AM Central.  This will be the only US Government point of receipt for quotes for this requirement (this includes mail servers).  It is the  offeror's responsibility to get the proposal in on time and should allow sufficient time for the quote to clear any and all email servers.  Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF files are the accepted forms of files to be submitted.  Please limit file size to 3MB or less. Both the electronic and hard copy bids are required, Delivery to 1776 Carswell Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76127
