The standing quote will be for the period of one year not to exceed $150,000.  The agreement will be subject to an extension and any request for a price increase will be a matter of negotiation (not to exceed 10%) based on the PPI for NAICS code 332211.  The requirements are estimates only and no guarantee is given as to the dollar amount to be purchased. Award will be in the aggregate by National Stock Number (NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors: technical acceptability, past performance and price.  The request for quote (RFQ) closes on 10/10/2011 at 4:00 PM CST.  Please read Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) carefully.  All questions should be addressed to [email protected].
