PR 0055925937 for NSN 2840-01-187-8728, Honeywell International, Inc., CAGE 99193, P/N 2-100-027-09, BLADE SET, TURBINE, A.  Configuration Control applies. This is an Army CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. Quantity is 1435 each, exclusive of 100% option. Item is not used in the commercial sector. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Inspection/Acceptance at ORIGIN, FOB Origin, and delivery 306 days ARO.  A Contractor First Article Test (FAT) is required. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).      
Reference 22 - The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
