This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Black Bag Technologies at 300 Piercy Road San Jose, California 95138 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Blacklight License Annual Maintenance. Black Bag Technologies is the only known manufacturer/distributor of the software maintenance. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to Identicard Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
