The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal services support for the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) located in Pensacola, Florida. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
