2) FES-04 Fixed Temp Extended Area Source (145°C) Qty 1 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to Electro Optical Industries, Inc., 320 Storke Road, Suite 100, Goleta, CA 93117 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement as this is a direct replacement part used in existing equipment that must match the current hardware in all aspects of mechanical, electrical and software.
