This requirement is sole sourced to Electro-Optical Industries, INC, 859 Ward Drive, Santa Barbara, CA Santa Barbara, CA 93111-2920 due to the Blackbody is a direct replacement part used in existing system this part must match the current hardware from a Mechinical, Electrical and Software standpoint.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
