The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Blackboard Inc. to provide Air University with licenses in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Brief Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide licesnes for up to 100,000 users.
Period of Performance:
Base Period: 25 March 2018 - 24 March 2019
Place of Performance: Contractor's Facility.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Publishers.
There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.
