The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.305(a) the justification will be made publicly available within 14 days after award has been made.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is October 25, 2011 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
