Project Title: Blackbird Fence Project

The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project.

Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Project Magnitude: Less than $50,000

Location: From Austin, NV head east on US-50 for 7.5 miles. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 253 for .25 miles. Arrive at the Northern section of Blackbird Fence Project. Total drive time is about 15 minutes from Austin, NV. Coordinates: 39.4322441843644, -116.97820992243868

Period of Performance: The work is anticipated to commence 30 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. The work is expected to be completed within 60 days after the work is started.

Site Visit: Not mandatory but encouraged, government escort will be present.
