Needles Ave Bixby, Oklahoma 74008. All bids must be sealed and delivered in person. Project reference shall be indicated on the sealed envelope. Contract Time Rates will be in effect for six months after the quotes are accepted. Project Scope To furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and transportation costs associated with each piece of equipment to complete all work at the hourly rates stated below. These rates shall cover all expenses incurred in satisfactorily performing the work required to make emergency waterline repairs.
