CLIN 0001: The contractor shall provide 500 tons of Bituminous Stoker Coal 1 1/2'x 1/4' by railcar or truck to Malmstrom AFB Central Heating Plant. All coal shall be sprayed with non-oil based dust suppression. Contractor shall guarantee the coal will meet the provided specifications to be proven by a relative sample of 50 lbs of the delivery to be tested by a laboratory. Please refer to the statement of work (SOW). (See attachment 1)
