Any firms believing that they can provide the Lumistar Inc, LS-40-DB20 Bit Sync Daughterboard may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the LS-50 PCI Decommutator Boards without causing programmatic hardship.
