The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below:

Description of Service: 

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of bird netting at building 780/Base Vehicle Maintenance Shop, Dover AFB, in a satisfactory manner.

The Government intends to award one (1) contract for the period of performance 60 days after the award of the contract.

Site Visit Information: A site visit will take place on 21 April 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. We will meet in the parking lot of Bldg 780 on Dover AFB, DE. Questions & Answers: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office Government POCs by 25 April 2023 no later than 12:00 PM EST. The government may not accommodate any questions after this date and time.

Proposals: Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 5 May 2023, no later than 12:00 PM EST to the contracting office by e-mail to all points of contact listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid through for 30 calendar days.
