A- Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. B- Install Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) units on existing central station air handlers in multiple buildings on the Brunswick Campus and in the Camden Center. C- Perform electrical work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. D- The buildings shall be occupied by the Owner during construction. E- Protect existing floors, finishes, and building during the HVAC upgrades. F- Make other improvements as noted on the drawings.
