DESCRIPTION OF ALTERATIONS WORK A. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. B. Install Needlepoint BiPolar Ionization (NBPI) units on existing central station air handlers in multiple buildings on the Main Campus and in the Camden Center. C. Perform electrical work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. D. The buildings shall be OCCUPIED by the Owner during the construction. E. Protect existing floors, finishes and buildings during the HVAC upgrades. F. Make other improvements as noted on the Drawings.
