The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests proposals for the Biosolids Study. Specifications are available below or at the District office upon request. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 11:00 A.M., on Monday, November 04th, 2019, at the district office located at 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, Wisconsin 53713. Martye Griffin, and should be clearly marked “Biosolids Study”. Only formal written addenda can materially alter the specifications. No verbal statement made by a district employee or anyone else is binding nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal. All bid responses and their contents will be public record. The district is Federal and State tax exempt. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal which may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the district. The bid will be awarded to the proposal judged to be in the best interest of the district based on a best value judgement. Used equipment deemed worthy of consideration by the district must be inspected and approved by the district prior to award.
