The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to The Trustees of the University of
Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, 19104. This is not a request for competitve proposals; however, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses.

The Weissman Lab will synthesize and purify 3.5mg of PfE140 mRNA [mRNA ccap1‐TEV‐PfE140‐A101 complexed with LNP 307] and mRNA-Flu-LNP.  The mRNA will be analyzed for double stranded RNA and endotoxin contamination. Note:  3.5 mg is required to obtain 2.5 mg of mRNA-LNPs.  Both mRNAs will be shipped to Acuitas for complexing into LNPs (LNP 307). POP: 3 months
