National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) plans to procure on a sole source basis with Dr. Michael Ring, Baltimore, MD to provide service of a Bioinformatic Consultant.
This contract allows NIDDK to acquire the professional consult services performed by offeror for currently operational clinical data information systems within the NIDDK Division of Intramural Research's clinical research program. This agreement is not intended to provide travel related expenses. The wage outlined below factors fringe benefits on an hourly basis within the wage. The anticipated service hours are estimated to not exceed more than 20 hours per week on an averaged basis for the year period this contract is to be approved. The services will be rendered during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the NIDDK to determine if it can meet the above unique specifications described herein. An original and one copy of the capability statement must be received in the DK Acquisitions Branch on or before 11:00 AM EST on February 14, 2013.
