The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center has a requirement for the following service agreement:

* Biohazardous Waste Management & Disposal Service Agreement

Prospective offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to ZSU-Bio-478-2018. The statement of work (SOW) comprise of all informantion requirements. 

The Government anticipats in awarding a single fixed priced requirement type contract for a base year with four 1 year option renewals, contingent upon existing requirements of the Government available of funds, and satisfactory performance during the base year. The estimated term of the agreement is not to exceed five (5) years.
