The purpose of this requirement is to purchase immunoassays that will enable the lab to analyze inflammatory markers (kits) using a low volume of serum. The BIO-RAD, Bioplex Pro Mouse Cytokine 23-plex Assay, is custom made for the NIEHS specifications and is the only source that is compatible with the current research and data, to preserve data integrity and continuity by continuing to evaluate the pathways using the same parameters..

This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS' requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which, if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered.
