The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6650-01-224-2555, Approved Part Numbers; CID7X50Binocular cage 64991: Part Number 150750 cage 13711: Part Number BI030024 cage 38776: Part Number 3911 9550 cage 27777. The FSC of this requirement is 6650. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for three years with two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition with other than full & open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about 9 May, 2016 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance destination is required.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
