Parties interested in receiving a solicitation must demonstrate their ability to provide said equipment. This is a “Sources Sought Notification” for interested contractors who manufacture or supply bindery equipment. Please do not submit quotes in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If interested in receiving an “Official Request for Quote (RFQ)”, please respond to this notice. Negative responses are not required. Additionally, all contractors must be registered in GSA’s ITSS (IT-Solutions System) to receive an official RFQ. Note: RFQ’s Will Not be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed. To register in ITSS, go to https://web1.itss.gsa.gov/ and click on the blue Contractor link under the Directory section of the homepage under the category Registration. Interested contractors must be registered in ITSS to receive the RFQ. Please indicate the “specific individual”, associated with your business, who should be selected in ITSS to receive the official RFQ. A “Draft” Bill of Materials (BOM) is attached.
