Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number IFB20210301MCRWMA – Billy Wright Landfill Entrance Facility Project. MCRWMA invites the submission of Bids from qualified Contractors to construct the Billy Wright Landfill entrance improvements located on 17173 S. Billy Wright Rd, Los Banos, CA 93635. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) document can be accessed by clicking on "Related Documents" below. For prospective bidders, there will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting prior to the IFB deadline. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 17173 S. Billy Wright Rd, Los Banos, CA 93635 on March 16, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. For inquiries, contact Daisy Zaragoza, Procurement and Reporting Analyst, via email at [email protected]. The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 p.m., March 18, 2021. Bids are due electronically by 10:30 a.m. on March 31, 2021 and shall be emailed to Daisy Zaragoza, Procurement and Reporting Analyst, at [email protected]. Bids received after the closing deadline will be rejected. Bids will be read via a conference call on March 31, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., per California Executive Order No. N-33-20 issued on March 19, 2020 which was in place at the time of the release of this IFB.
