County of Sonoma, Permit Sonoma’s Code Enforcement division, is soliciting bids for high-resolution aerial imagery of the unincorporated areas of the county approximately 1,500 Sq. miles on a periodic basis. The purpose of this bid is to find a qualified firm that is able to provide enforcement staff with aerial imagery that will assist in quick and safe identification of commercial cannabis operations. COST: The County is requesting pricing for images for 2022, with options for 2023 and 2024. Please enter quantity (1) one on line item (1) one and enter cost for 2022 images. Please enter quantity one (1) on line item (2) two and enter cost for 2023 images. Please enter quantity one (1) on line item (3) three and enter cost for 2024 images. Each line item cost should represent the cost for the total requested (3) three sets of images, and shipping cost (if applicable) per year. Please be advised years 2 and 3 are optional. Please Do Not Include Tax as this will be added later if applicable. The County will not honor charges not recorded in your electronic bid. AWARD: Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting or exceeding all specifications as defined herein. The County may award by line item, combination of like items, total aggregate award or in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County’s decision as to product equality is final. DELIVERY: Supplier will provide access to updated cloud free aerial imagery at minimum three (3) times per calendar year to the County’s Code Enforcement division. Likely dates of imagery will be on or near the first of July, the first of August, and the fifteenth of September. These dates are subject to change. INSPECTION: The County reserves the right before payment or acceptance to inspect all goods and workmanship, and shall have the right to reject all goods and workmanship that do not conform to the Purchase Order or Contract, provided; however, the County is under no duty to make such inspection. The County reserves the right to extend the date of acceptance of goods or workmanship in the event it determines that the nonconforming goods or workmanship can be reasonably cured.
