BID EXTENSION: The New York City Housing Authority seeks the services of an accredited firm for Work Plan Implementation, and to prepare Final Report of all associated work for submission by the Authority to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to conduct a site assessment in order to determine the presence and extent of petroleum impacted soil and groundwater as a result of the historical and/or current use of the oil storage tanks.
