Prep Work • At the Health and Wellness area, save in place five pepper trees including their roots • Minor leveling and prep work to lot measuring approximately 175’ x 125’ including sifting through the top layer to remove rocks • Install heavy duty weed cloth throughout Irrigation • Connect to exiting nearby reclaim irrigation water line measuring approximately 2” • Trench to run new lines (purple pipe) and water valve wiring • Install valves for tree bubblers and drip irrigation for plants and grasses • Valve boxes to include purple lids • Valves should include inline filter and flush valves • Install lateral lines to the various tree locations and plants within the area with drip emitters and tree bubblers for new plant layout Trees • Provide and install four 48” box Quercus Agrifolia Live Oak Trees (Oak California Live) • Provide and install one 48” box Quercus LLEx Holly Oak Tree (Oak Holly) • Wood stakes with rubber ties at each tree • Provide one deep root watering tube at each tree and one irrigation bubbler Plants and grasses • Install Rock Purselane (75ea) #1 size • Install Blue Chalk sticks (150ea) #1 size • Install Rush Large Cape at #5 sized container (40ea) Rocks • Medium and Large QS Creek Cobble Rocks (16,000 lbs.) • Small 8-11 Cam Boulders (24,000 lbs.) • Sunburst Pebble 3-5” (18, 600 lbs.) Edge board, mulch and DG dirt • DG Dirt with stabilizer for walkways (50Yds). Rolled for compaction • DG dirt for planter areas (no stabilizer) 40 yds. • DG to be contained using redwood edger board (plastic) 2x4 • Edge board to be used around trees and to separate DG types • Mulch for planters tree bases (medium size) Picnic benches • Provide and install six A-Frame picnic tables (recycled plastic) to match existing finishes around campus
