Advertisement for Bids Notice is hereby given that a sealed bid will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System by the Purchasing Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 for the following as delineated on the Proposal Form: Bids will be marked as follows: Graphing Calculators for Gear Up Bid #28-21 Opening: January 5, 2021 @ 10:00 am CST The bid #28-21 is to procure Silver TI handheld graphing calculators to be used by our Gear Up department’s cohort of high school seniors within Lafayette Parish School District. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above stated time and date in a LPSS Conference Room located in the Lafayette Parish School System Central Office Building. Complete bidding documents may be obtained on the Purchasing Department website at https://www.lpssonline.com/site638.php. Bid information may also be viewed online, and electronic bids may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Specifications will be available Friday, December 18, 2020. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with LA.
