The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on December 3, 2024 , for the Speas Fish Hatchery Settling Pond Cover project in Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of procurement and installation of a pre-engineered metal building that meet the design parameters and specifications presented below to cover existing settling pond facilities. Building must meet Natrona County, WY building codes. Final costs must include all materials, delivery, stamped engineered drawings, private utility locates, helical pile foundation, construction of building, and all necessary permits.
