Bids may be submitted (i) via a sealed hard copy to City of Lee’s Summit City Hall, Attn: Procurement and Contract Services, 220 Southeast Green St., Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 OR (ii) electronically via www.PublicPurchase.com per the instructions contained within the Bid. All Bids must be submitted prior to the Bid Deadline. Late Bids shall not be considered. * The City of Lee’s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. Scope . The City of Lee's Summit will accept bids from qualified persons or firms to provide on call, as needed maintenance and repair services for fuel systems for the City of Lee’s Summit Fleet, Airport and Water Utilities Divisions as a yearly contract. The intent is for services to include but not be limited to; preventative maintenance, repair, new installation, and testing. The City reserves the right to add, delete or modify service locations, as needed. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a site visit before submitting a solicitation. It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to contact the Project Managers for each location identified in Exhibit A, Line 2.1, to establish a mutually agreed upon time to view each facility and equipment. The cut off date and time to see any of the facilities identified in this Solicitation is September 8 th , 2023 at Noon Local Time. The City of Lee’s Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary.
