Advertisement for Bid Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System (LPSS) Purchasing Department, 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana up to 10:30 a.m. C.S.T., on July 19, 2021 for a Food Service Sanitation Program. All bids shall be submitted sealed to the LPSS Purchasing Department on or before the above time and date, at the “Main Office” at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 with a sealed envelope plainly marked: “Attn: Lee Francis”, “Purchasing Department”, “Sealed Bid # 14-22, Food Service Sanitation Program”. ALL BIDS MAILED OR DELIVERED BY CARRIER SHALL BE SENT WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY REQUESTED. Bids will be marked as follows: Attn: Lee Francis, Purchasing Department Sealed Bid #14-22 Food Service Sanitation Program Opening: July 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. C.S.T. The bid #14-22 is to purchase a food service sanitation program for all kitchen/cafeteria services in the Lafayette Parish School System. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above stated time and date in the Personnel Conference Room of the Lafayette Parish School System Office Building. Complete bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department of the Lafayette Parish School System located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 or on the Purchasing Department website at http://www.lpssonline.com/site638.php. Bid information may also be viewed online, and electronic bids may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:30 a.m., July 19, 2021. Specifications will be available Friday, July 2, 2021. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with LA.
