Union County Public Schools is currently accepting bids from responsible firms to provide labor and materials to remove five (5) 4-ton split systems (10 SEER) from the Luttrell Elementary School. Supply and install five (5) new 4-ton American Standard (or comparable) split systems with minimum 14.5 SEER, 3 Phase. The new systems to include all ducting, electrical and miscellaneous materials. The bid must include a minimum of 1-year complete warranty and compressor warranty of at least 5 years. A request for the bid packet and inquiry regarding this bid must be submitted to [email protected] or found on the Union County website at www.unioncountytn.gov. On the Finance Department page, look for the Current Bids/RFP tab. Sealed bids must be submitted to: Union County Finance Office, 300 Main Street, Maynardville, TN 37807 ATTN: BID 0 106 – LUTTRELL ELEMENTARY 4 TON SPLIT SYSTEMS. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting to examine the project will be held on August 31, 2021 at 10 a.m. at 241 Tazewell Pike, Luttrell, TN 37779. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on September 07, 2021 at the Finance Office location at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Late bids, e-mailed bids and faxed bids will not be considered nor returned. Union County will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected mail. No bid can be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for sixty (60) calendar days. Union County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
