Invitation to Bid Project Number: 14004 Owner: Union County The Union County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting sealed bids for the following items: BID 0095 – FIRE ENGINE under the Community Development Block Grant program. This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee. Separate sealed bids will be accepted until March 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at which time they will be opened and read aloud. All bids must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges. Union County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid must be effective for 90 days after bid opening date. Further, the county reserves the right to contact the successful bidder for one full calendar year from award date to determine if successful bidder is willing to provide the same materials or services at the original bid price. All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.
