Solicitation number M67400-14-T-0070 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government is soliciting quotes for the purchase of (5) Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) 710's with 5 year extended warranty, (2) 62 Watt Foldable Solar Panels, and (5) Explorer 710 vehicle Plug DC Cable-12V.

The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable.

CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 are ‘Brand Name" items. Please see attached Brand Name justification.

Quoters shall completely fill out the attached coversheet and return it along with your quote.

Failure to provide the required coversheet will result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government.

All quotes shall be submitted in English.
