The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to awarded a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Mid Atlantic Computer Services Inc., D/B/A The ProCustom Group for the modification of (1) Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) Evaluation, Test & Troubleshooting Interface Equipment (BETTIE) X500 Laptop Computer, P/N X-BETTIE-S, Upon successful completion of Government testing of the modified BETTIE, an option for modification of (3) additional BETTIE laptops, an option for the procurement of (8) new BETTIE laptops in the modified configuration for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program.

The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not to request for competitive proposals: however the Government will consider all responses received to this notice.  A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
