The Berryessa Estates Project is a roadway resurfacing project for a subdivision comprised of 14 streets. The Berryessa Estates subdivision is located in the Pope Valley region of Napa County, off of the Butts Canyon Road intersection with Snell Valley Road. There are 4.5± miles of roadway that will be resurfaced as part of this project. Refer to the Vicinity Map and Plans for more information on the location of this project. The project scope includes removing debris from the roadway and parking areas, providing digout repairs, repairing existing drainage gutters, installing new AC dike (where applicable), conform grinding, resurfacing the entire width of the road and parking areas, and striping select roadways.
