The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a local sole source contract to Berry Aviation Inc. 1807  Airport Drive, San Marcos, Texas 78666 (EUI: V1HATBT1N7V5) for the following aviation fuel and services for the Great Texas Airshow 2024.

Approximately 7,000 gallons of 100LL Aviation Gas delivered to Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in a tanker trailer.  Two fueling trucks to transfer and fuel all participating aircraft acts.  Personnel to accomplish the fueling and transferring of gas.

This notice is not a request for quotations/proposals or an invitation for bids and no solicitation is available.

The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 10:00 am (CST), 23 February 2024.

The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
