All qualified vendors must submit an offer in writing referencing Request for Quotation number RFQ-10-0160.

Quotations may be submitted on an SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNs number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business, women owned, HUBZone, etc. All sources must be in the CCR and submit required certifications and representations per provision 52.212-2 and 52.212-5 by 2:00 pm EST, December 23, 2009 2:00 PM EST.

Please note that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing will be closed December 25, 2009 through January 1, 2010.
