(1) This is an RFP for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following identifies specific Government requirements for the services requested under this contract, and defines the parameters of the scope of work that will be required by the contractor.

(2) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number BEP-RFP-15-0368. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, and the business size standard is $15.0 Million.

(3) This proposed acquisition is available for full and open competition.

(4) The resulting contract will be fixed-price.

(5) Applicable scope of objective is performance based on clauses, provisions, and are attached.

(6) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must register at https;//www.sam.gov, and complete the Representations and Certifications.

(7) Period of Performance - The contractor shall operate from a twelve (12) month base period and two (2) 12 month option periods.

(8) Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EST on 17 August 2015. All questions and Government responses will be posted via an amendment to the RFP. Questions shall be submitted to [email protected].
