Answer: Past Performance is a requirement. In the case of an offeror without a record of relevant past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available, the offeror may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance.

Question: If we are awarded the contract, how soon thereafter will we receive the names? In other words, how much time do we have to produce the items before the event date?

Answer: The BEP may issue the first BPA call at intial award. Offerors may be required to deliver the awards as soon as 2 weeks after issuance of the call.

Question: Is there a way to access who won the contract the last time- at what price?

Answer: This is a new requirement for a BPA for awards. In the past BEP has issued small contracts for some awards to Trophies by Edco.
