BENTON COUNTY TENANT IMPROVEMENT CORVALLIS, OR ALL SCOPES BIDDING Bids due: 2:00 pm March 16th, 2021 INVITATION TO BID Gerding Builders, LLC (OR CCB# 193549) is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for Benton County, and is soliciting bids for the new Tenant Improvement in Corvallis, OR. There will be a non-mandatory site visit scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, February 24th, 4500 SW Research Way, Corvallis, OR (the old Fiserv Building). Attendance is highly encouraged. To comply with social distancing guidelines, anyone planning to attend will be required to contact Scott Schaumann scotts@ gerdingbuilders.com no later than 8:00 AM, Feb. 24th to reserve a time slot to tour the site. Face coverings will be required. Attendees will need to provide their own face coverings. This site visit will be limited to a tour of the work areas only. No other infor mation will be given. Bids can be delivered to the Gerding Builders office-200 SW Airport Rd., Corvallis, OR, emailed to scotts@gerding builders.com, or delivered through "Building Connected", and must be received before 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Note: TGC Structural, an affiliate of Gerding Builders, intends to submit bids for the Rough Carpentry, Concrete, and the Doors, Frames, & Hardware Install, and will deliver their bids directly to the owner's representative two hours prior to the bid deadline.
