Portland Public Schools (“District”) seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide CM/GC services for The Benson High School Modernization project. The general scope of the Project will include, but is not limited to, pre-construction services, site investigation, hazardous material abatement, selective demolition, renovation of existing building, new construction, and site work. One mandatory pre-Proposal conference will be held on February 14, 2019, at 4:00 PM at Benson High School, located at 546 NE 12th Avenue Portland, OR 97232. Attendance is mandatory. Portland Public Schools conducts such meetings in order to clarify information provided in the RFP and to provide interested proposers an opportunity to ask questions about the RFP. Statements made by the District’s representatives at the conference are not binding on the District unless confirmed by written addendum.
