The work includes hydro-demolition concrete removal of the deck surface, replacement of the deck surface with low-shrinkage concrete, topping the new concrete with a protective polymer overlay, repair of the girder ends and the substructure concrete, modification of joints to prevent future deterioration of the substructure, and other repair work indicated on the Plans and described in the Specifications.
